Can't deal with any existing customers queries instore, will only speak to you if you want to upgrade or add something to your existing package, was told I'd have to ring up. Told them I'd tried that and couldn't get through to a human being, was told to ask for complaints to reach a human. After weeks of trying to get through to a person I paid off my contract in full and now 6 months later have been sent a debt collection agency bill despite being told I'd paid everything off. Now have a black mark against my credit score thanks to these absolute idiots. AVOID.

The worse internet ever in Newcastle i am really surprised, honestly it was good from 2019 till 2022 but 2023 everything have changed and there is no service and poor signal almost everywhere in the centre. I do not recommended anyone to have a contract with them as you will be paying for nothing only poor signal.

Out of the many Vodafone stores that I have dealt with over the past several years, this one was a disappointment. Customer handing and support is way below par. Better site supervision can definitely help.

They kept me waiting for about 30 minutes and nobody else showed up to attend to me so I had to leave.I sat down beside the new iPhone 15 models which were chained to the table, funny enough a female attendant came to remove ALL the models like I was going to steal them.I went in to inquire about Broadband services and got an experience almost bothering on racism in my opinion.Never going back. Will never use their service willingly. If I see an advert I'll pay to skip it.And if I get a chance to work for that organization I'll fix things.

This was my first and worst experience ever in uk ? dealing costumers so rudely even after waiting for more than 1 hour they just asked to wait and all of sudden a different staff came over asking us to wait as the didn?t see us from last one hour as we were sitting instead of standing .. and asked to wait or else you can leave directly on face instead of explaining what's the issue and why it?s been late..

I had a problem with my phones Internet reception. I have a Samsung Galaxy phone, so I initially went to the Samsung store, but they recommended that I go to the Vodafone store.Because Vodafone is my network provider, so I did, and Vodafone sorted the problem very quickly.So it's all good now.????????????

They are all good with you till you order or file a contract with them but after they?re charge. I bought a iPad 2 years ago and I paid full amount and I thought contract stopped automatically but they charged me three months more than usual without using the internet they charge me for iPad I already pay full amount and they said you should call and tell us to cancel it. So be careful if you moved here and your English like me you have to check a lot and stop signature until you understand everything.
