We have been booking our dream Holidays through Sophie for several years ,right from her being an apprentice with Thomas Cook to a store Manager with them and over to her new role at Virgin, she has always found us the best deal with amazing accommodation and Knows exactly what we are looking for in a holiday whether its a hotel vacation or a Caribbean Cruise.During this stressful time for the Holiday industry and customer alike ,Sophie has been of huge support and has helped us after our booked holidays have been cancelled 3 times, As soon as we are giving the green light to Travel again my first call will be to Sophie at Virgin Silverlink

we been with virgin for number of years ,because of a grate Rep Gemma over the years she has help us to have a grate holiday she is first class at the job and can solve most isues if she cant the finds a person who can when we book with her and sit down with her the holiday sorted this to us is what grate service is all about at the present time it best to book like this if problems do happen the someone who can sort for you
