It's an okay store for Vans, only three stars would be due to the stores closing times being 5PM instead of 6PM, that and variation on clothes it sells, often times can be difficult finding the correct sizes, feels a tad disappointed in giving only 3 stars, just the store could do with something more, sorts feels small and they are closing it down on the 23rd!It's sad times for such events to take place, yet were living in such an unpredictable time, who knows what will happen, shall miss shopping here.

Very disappointed by the customer service when I tried to exchange I mean EXCHANGE not return the item. Was pretty much told that shoes what 10 years old daughter worn at the shop when bought and then 20 min inside the house was in unsalable condition and he wouldn?t accept to exchange it.Never have I ever been so humiliated.

Probably the friendliest shop I have ever been in, the staff (Mark I think??) had so much time for us and our three children. The quality of the shoes and clothing are second to none! Go there now!!

Well I?ve never felt so welcome in a shop! Staff are super friendly and helpful. The girl that helped my daughter did a great job to sort us out and did it smiling the whole time. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional staff I encountered today whilst trying to purchase some shoes. Whilst asking about the sizes they have in some shoes, the guy at the counter proceeded to completely disregard me to perform an interview. I left with no shoes ?.

I love Vans so this is a given! Knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff and an excellent range in store, worth a look if you can't see what you want on line and don't want to spend the extra on customs
