Visited urban outfitters for the first time to purchase some jeans for my husband. I was served by a lovely young gentleman called Gabe, he was so friendly, so approachable and so knowledgeable about the menswear as I was clueless. Will definitely be visiting again, simply down to the customer service I received! Huge thanks Gabe.

Rang Newcastle looking for a garment, the lady was BRILLIANT she spent time trying to find my purchase sooo patient With me. Unfortunately, the store didn?t have the garment I was looking for that was not for the want of trying by a very kind lady. Definitely 5 out of 5

go in most days, can't say it's the best experience. most of the staff are unpleasant and can be rude at times. also, i feel as if they can be a bit judgemental

never had a nice experience in here by staff, love the items but the workers are always in a huff and seem to judge customers. Always feel like i?m being a nuisance to them when i just want serving. you guys need to hire nicer and more interested staff

Since everyone mentioned there?s are terrible counter service , I would love to point out that one blonde girl who have terrible customer service in the whole shop. Every other staffs were nice except her. UO fix the issue.

I visit this shop regularly as it?s my closest Urban Outfitters, but I highly recommend you don?t. Every single time the staff don?t even look at you while they?re serving you, they just chat amongst eachother and give customers dirty looks. They?re blunt and just give terrible customer service every time.

Extremely rude staff i went there for a brown leather jacket but returned it for a day after because the quality of the jacket is not good enough and bad smells coming out of it. When I returned it the girl attitude is very irritable because of the reason for returning it and before that i also try get another brown leather jacket but it still smells the same but i am not really bother about it. The main thing I complaining is the way to serving customer I was very upset but I tried to hold back because there were many customers waiting in line.
