I’ve been on and off to the Tyneside for a few years and it has been progressively getting worse.. the cinema experience is great but my word the cafe staff are so inattentive and dismissive.. for saying on the weekend they are over staffed by a long shot it’s baffling really. Popped in here before seeing a show at the theatre royal, got some loaded chips and pint lovely staff, great atmosphere too. Perfect for a quick drink
