Went to Scotswood Road for some fixings to carry out some work on my own extension during the winter break. Spoke to Steve where I explained I was unsure of stock levels due to my misunderstanding of the availability when I had looked on the Toolstation store site.Steve was patient and managed to locate all my required products. He also reassured me during my short wait in store whilst he located the items, which took slightly longer than he wanted to.Professional service and a credit to the Toolstation company.Gav, bricklayer.
