I was looked after by Chloe at TK Maxx Kingston park, she is a credit to the store as I wanted help with purchasing 2 units she showed me the units to make sure I was happy with them before buying, and then she also helped me with taking them to the checkout, and then went on to helping me to my car. I've never had customer service to this high standard in a long time, Thank you Chloe it was a pleasure being servied by you.

Great prices and good deals for clothing

Decent selection of items, especially upstairs. There are never any staff about to ask for help. Most of the staff are rude and have a superior attitude. The one in Byker is better.

The place always appears to be empty and devoid of staff half the clothes had no prices and the have also doubled.
