Usually good shopping, some staff a bit rude (especially older ladies) but after today experience, and not only, there you go the bad review ?I bought a jewelry and the cashier cutted the plastic seal with some big kitchen scissors? (after all, Big Brands etc..quite unprofessional) and chopped it, so obviously returned it.

Visited today. I looked at the Halloween items and a few other departments. Some good deals to be found in the Clearance sections. Unfortunately the staff let's them down. Assistants seemed to be more interested in everything except the customer in front of them. Talking on the headsets, asking about who was sorting delivery, who was keeping an eye on the shoplifters, who was in the cash office and who was putting out stock. I was barely acknowledged and treated like I was annoyance and barely acknowledge when they checkout assistant noticed me I was treated with barely veiled contempt. Might not visit again.
