Makes no sense to have a parcel collection here. Turned up for their opening time and someone come to the door to say they?re opening later today. Had multiple instances where they?ve lost my parcels as well. Useless

Don?t get parcels delivered here if you have a job. Collection advertised on a paper sign at the door as just between 10-3. Staff refused to help despite having my parcel and the shop being open. Rude, unhelpful and a waste of time/money. Wouldn?t recommend

Awful yodel parcel pickup experience. The store is bleak, pickup times are wrong online and the staff was extremely rude.

TJ Hughes in Newcastle went from having 3 floors down to just 1 even the Cafe and Toilets are now gone. The escalators are now blocked off. Everything in the store is cramped in with only very little floor space to walk around. The store seems very disorganised and the building is looking rundown.Disabled people will definitely struggle getting around. I don't even think you could fit a wheelchair around the alsles or even a pushchair.

I needed a torch to see it was dark and floor's where all sticking up .And it's no longer TG HUGHES anymore it's owned by different people.And it's over priced and horrible and sells only awfull stuff it's not on the same scale as TG HUGHES don't go there .

Everytime I've dropped off a parcel they're machine isn't working , saying it's my email but I'm like no my email has worked previously it's your equipment that's the problem so why blame the customer ,?why don't you invest in buying a new machine ?Do you even realise people have deadlines to deliver a parcel at the delivery point? It's your fault that I'm not getting paid on time not mine because of your faulty equipment and I don't understand why you can't just write an receipt out like Evri does!
