“Every time I have visited Kwik Fit in Gosforth I have found all the staff to be pleasant, helpful friendly, honest and professional.I put my car in for its MOT at the beginning of December with yourselves, as normal, and it passed. It was then put in for its 2 year service with Audi later on that month. Audi recommended 4 things requiring urgent attention, one of them being to do with it's suspension and bottom curved arm rear bushes split, this last one alone at a cost of almost £700. I asked Kwik Fit to quote for this and was pleasantly surprised to be quoted about half this amount. Imagine my surprise when I took the car in to Kwik Fit in Gosforth to have this work done, to be advised by Dan and his team that, despite 4 mechanics having looked at it, they could not see anything wrong and that no work needed doing on it. Dan advised me that the car mileage was too low to warrant such work needing to be done. So I cannot praise Dan and his team highly enough for their professionalism and honesty. Not only did they save me a lot of money, despite me asking how much I owed them for looking at it, they would not charge me. Added to that, when I went to pick it up with my husband in his van, they also checked his tyre as it had a bolt in it and fixed it there and then. Again, we were more than happy to pay for this but no charge was made. This is what I call exceptional customer service. We always use Kwik Fit in Gosforth and will continue to do so. I really cannot praise the team there high enough, not just for saving us money but for their all round great attitude and friendliness. Thank you all so much.”

“My mot was rapidly running out of time but Tip Top was able to book me in within a couple of days and keep me legal ? Not a lot of on site parking to be honest but plenty of space outside on roadside. All in all I'm a happy chappy ?”

“Identified the fault - a faulty sensor valve in our tyre. They didn’t have the specific valve in stock so they re-pressurised the tyre, put it back on, and didn’t charge us anything for their labour. Very good service. Honest and friendly. Thank you!”

“Fantastic service today. Dropped my car off for its MOT and before entering reception a member of staff outside on his break smiled at me and said hi. In reception I was greeted warmly and easily dropped the car off. The gentleman phoned me back when it was completed and shared a little joke with and said my car was ready to be collected.

“They did some really big jobs on my car which was really appreciated. The jobs I had done were the clutch, timing belt and a full service but the extra litre of oil that I had to drain could have been a problem.But the work was done to a good standard and I would recommend them to others.”

“On my way home I had a nail in my tyre. It was 4:45pm on a Sunday. I called this place as they were the only place open. I was 25 mins away. They were locking up when I rang, but said they would wait for me to get there before closing to fix my tyre! I was so relieved as I start a new job tomorrow morning! I got there (go past asda and into the small industrial estate) and they were sat waiting for me, 10 minutes after they were meant to close. Speedy service to fix my tyre and a great price too! “Had my Stinger in 3 times (so far) with these excellent gents. 1 for a wheel issue, 1 for a tyre and 1 for exhaust.Each time they've been incredibly friendly, took the time to fully understand the situation and explained the problems/work needed/work completed thoroughly.Each time I've been in, they've been so quick at diagnostics and resolution that I've just been able to pop next door to the gym and come back to the completed work.The price has actually been the best prices I've been quoted in the local area, so all-in-all a perfectly rounded service provided each time.This will be my usual garage - and the garage I refer all my friends and family to going forward.Thanks lads!”
