Terrible service. Paid for next day delivery, no show, no expalnation. Promised they would be here today. Again no show, no explantion and cant get a straight answer from customer service. I now have 2 tilers in the house with no tiles to fit. I will still have to pay for the tilers.

I just wanted to post a thanks to Emily, Kieran and Peter for their guidance and support in selecting the right tiles for our bathroom refurb ??Nothing was a trouble at all apart from too much choice ? in some stunning tiles.Order placed and call to collect as planned.Even returned full box of wall and floor tiles for a refund ??We 100 % recommend Tile Giant and their staff and will be paying them a visit again very soon for another project, everyone who has seen our bathroom has mentioned the floor and wall tiles.Keep up the great work Peter, Emily, Kieran ??

Peter and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From giving us good advise about the tiles, ordering the tiles for a certain date that we required (several months in advance due to purchasing a new built), to arranging delivery. Their customer service was superb. I would definitely use them again.

Really helpful staff who guided us to suitable and more important to us at the time, in stock products. After choosing our tiles, we left the tilers list of requirements with Peter. When everything was ready to collect, the items were loaded into my car. There was a great range of products to choose from and lots of displays for ideas.

Absolutely amazing service from Kieran and the team at Tile Giant (Longbenton). Kieran was extremely flexible and helpful with changes I made to my order leaving me a very happy customer. He also managed the timing of my tile order into store to perfectly align with when I needed them. The range and quality of Tile Giant tiles and products is excellent and the store is really well laid out. This is definitely my tile store of preference and would recommend anyone to shop there.
