Placed 2 prescription orders on the 8th September nothing became of them. Reordered on the 14th September still nothing became of them. Mine finally arrived on the 16th September, husbands still not here on the 22nd rang chemist to be told there were no pending orders in fact on the website there are 2 pending, finally was told oh there is one waiting to be picked up, when he has them down for delivery Absolutely shocking to wait over 2 weeks for a repeat prescription !

I?m never normally one to leave a bad review but unfortunately I?ve had to. Had a drs appt earlier today in which they prescribed me with some new medication. I went straight into the chemist to only to be told it takes 4 - 8 hours to get a prescription made when it?s been only sent from the doctors next door which is bad especially when it closes at 6 and it will be night time to pick it up. It is the only time I have to pick it up due to other circumstances. No apologies or anything. Next time I?m heading just down to another chemist who I didn?t even wait 10 mins for my items

They make serious mistakes with medication all the time, leaving people without their medication over the weekend getting meds wrong, and one of the chemists is very rude and abrupt.There was a serious incident there now long ago it's a disgrace.Still hearing week in week out of mistakes with medications.

I changed chemists recently as Throckley Chemist is closer for me to pick up prescriptions. The service was very quick and friendly.
