Service was great. However, the store felt like I was in the tropics. For a store that is joined into a massive shopping centre you would think they would have air conditioning... Think again. Both me and the three rep were sweating buckets. Come on Three, help out your customer facing colleagues and customers!! You're not going to get any new customers or keep them at this rate...

I popped in this store today and sought help to change my email address that stuck me for a few weeks. The staff helped me is absolutely friendly and brilliant! She was serving professionally and has got my issue sorted out. She tried to find me the best offer to my mobile number and considered a lot my situation.
My issue has been perfectly sorted, I deffo gave 5 stars!

Went in to shop today to speak a see a physical human to get some assistance on my new contract. Unfortunately I never caught his name but what amazing service I received. No sale was going to take place it was ever only to get some assistance and what incredible service assisted, answered my questions helped me and was never pushy or tried to upsell me nor did he ever make me feel silly for my questions. I can't believe that prior my renewal I contemplated finding a new provider. Once agsine 3 you nailed it. Hats on to your amazing customer service both telephone and especially in person.

Never been spoken to in such a passive aggressive and disrespectful manner before. Raj had a terrible attitude trying to bully and cajole us into a deal. When we asked to speak about the contract before the decision was made he kicked us out of the shop. I would hate for other customers to go through this, I will be reporting him to the head office. Even if you?re having a bad day you shouldn?t take it out on other people.
