I would like to extend my great appreciation to Tommy who was fantastic. I went in with a question about my phone and he was able to solve it. Not only this but I was able to get a brand new Samsung phone and Tommy supported me in setting it up and moving my stuff from my old phone to my new one. Came in to the store just over a month ago to enquire about a deal, mentioned I had seen one online with another company for cheaper to see if they could match it. The woman was so so rude, she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She spent the whole conversation interrogating me with extremely vague questions and I had to keep asking her what she meant or what she was referring to. I felt like an inconvenience to her honestly. She had a terrible attitude and made me feel completely stupid. She lacked any kind of manners or consideration. She made me want to leave three after being a customer for a number of years, and I have now left the network due to this terrible customer service. Would not go back here again.
