Awful went in once and the staff were grumpy and unhelpful also many fragrances and testers weren't stocked.

Me and My boyfriend went into the eldon square store yesterday to buy him a valentines present, we asked for a 100ml bottle of Dolce and Gabanna The only one intense (black bottle) to which the assistant said they didn?t have them in stock, she handed us a 50ml bottle of it which was right next to the sample bottle we wanted on display which we then bought and then left the store to open it and find out that it was the original one with a pink bottle, went back to complain as we were missold the perfume to which they said they can?t take it back as the cellophane had been opened which is understandable and then they said they didn?t even have any of the one we wanted in stock, the store manager then told my boyfriend that it was his fault and that he should be more careful when her employee literally handed him the bottle the 2 products are in the same box and there was no way to be sure it was the wrong one without opening the cellophane, waste of £70. DO NOT SHOP HERE store manager has an awful attitude blames you for her employees mistakes and speaks to you as if you are a child. Why have the sample of 1 perfume directly next to a different one when they are in identical boxes and the employee obviously cant even tell the difference between them

I was after the Dolce and gabana the only one black fragrance and asked an employee if they had an 100ml bottle to which I got the reply no only the 50ml one. So I got the 50ml package next to the sample bottle and bought it. I went home and to my confusion it was the pink bottle inside. I went back to ask for a refund but they said they can't do that or exchange and that it was "my fault" and I should be annoyed at myself not them. This was clearly an error on their side not mine and I couldn't do anything about it. The treatment I was given was appalling and I suggest no one buys their fragrance from this place.

It's alright.Got some half decent deals.Biggest issue is that all the kids go in there and use all the testers up. When you come to try something, there's nothing left in the bottles. That's a bit guff like. They need to sort this out. Easy solution, don't have testers out in the shop, just have them behind the counters or at designated points in the shop. Any kid and his merry clan who comes in....bye.

Not good. Security guard eye balling me looking at and smelling after shave constantly and apparently so did manager looking lady although I didn?t notice.I paid for my purchase and left and set off the security alarm on exiting to be pounced on by security guard. I did point out he had just stared at me paying at cash desk and it was their fault. 20 apologies followed quite rightly I think partly as I was quite angry but while staff interaction at till was nice it was not an experience that put me at ease Wouldn?t return
