this shop forced me to buy a vanilla body set. the staff were so controlling and when i asked for a vanilla body wash they told me it would be inside of the set. (it wasn?t) the set was £14 and the vanilla body wash was only £7.50. there was a body scrub, body butter and a sponge! i?m absolutely fuming the fact they think they can scam me just because of my age. will never be shopping here again, dont recommend as the woman was so rude and told me to be quick and asked me for a £20 note instead of £10 note and the rest. ?

Well stocked shop where I was able to get discounted body care gifts for Christmas. The rating is because I asked for help with my loyalty card and an older lady at the counter told me to call the customer service or leave the queue. Well, whatever.

Staff are happy and helpful, answered all my questions about different products I was interested in and how to use them, shop is clean, tidy and well spaced and all products are clearly shown and easily accessible.
