I will be using this florist again. Ten out of ten for quality and services. The lady was amazing and went out of her way go make sure the my birthday gift was delivered even got up early to make sure that the flowers that was needed to complete my order.Thank you so much the Blooming Garden

Went here to look at flowers for our forthcoming wedding. Was met with very appealing attitude. When went to ask about flowers for our wedding we got told ?No! We are far too busy for Mother?s Day, come back another time!?. We went here to support local business but after this attitude we will take our business elsewhere.

Dreadful bouquet delivered to a friend. Embarrassed and upset to be fair. Wouldn't recommend.

My husband bought me a £40 bouquet for my birthday. Flowers were lovely but they literally started dying within 2 days, especially the smaller ones. The lilies hadn?t even bloomed yet and the rest of the bouquet was half dead. Such a shame as we followed the care instructions too and they didn?t last. Will stick to M&S flowers in the future.

Disgraceful service! Ordered funeral flowers via interflora which were delivered a week early causing huge distress to the widow despite the confirmation clearly stating the delivery date. Once I was informed of this by the distraught lady I tried to ring unsuccessfully from 10am till nearly 3pm before someone answered the phone and I managed to arrange a re-delivery. Very little in the way of apology - just "Sorry, I know it's not good but sometimes we just look at the day and not the date....." Just returned from the funeral - the flowers sent were absolutely disgraceful - I wouldn't have paid £20 for them much less the £53 I paid for a large tribute. Definitely wouldn't recommend and I will be getting in touch with Interflora to report as well

I received a bouquet/chocs for my Birthday from here.It looked beautiful until I unwrapped them to put in a vase. 2 floppy dead flowers and petals falling off two others.It's not the first time I've had flowers from here. The last bouquet was more foliage than flowers and they didn't last very long either. This bouquet has 12 blooms/stems and 3 stems resembling privet.. Dont use this florist to avoid disappointment..

Something a bit different Purchased 2 x large Hatboxes for friends special birthdays.Not only were the recipients WOWED by the beautiful floral arrangement but delighted that ?The Hatbox? could then be used as a lovely keepsake box.Would highly recommend & great customer service.One Happy customer ?Thank-you xx

I ordered 2 bunch of flowers from the blooming garden for Mother?s Day. I went to the shop to order these and understandably the shop was closed so I rang the number which was provided on the door. When the woman picked up, she was not the friendliest and asked did I not go on the website to order these. I explained I seen the number on her door and would like to order 2 bunches for Mother?s Day at £30.00 each. I paid up front for them and they would be ready to pick the day before Mother?s Day. When I picked them up, I can only describe these as the cheapest bunch of flowers I?ve seen, there was more green leaves in the whole bunch then flowers. There was one dying rose and some little flowers which had already bloomed and were dying off. It was around a £15.00 bunch of flowers rather than £30.00. I asked so minimal colour on the first bunch and it was filled pinks and purple flowers. The other bunch were more like a £15.00 of bunch again the roses had already passed their best date and the flowers were cheap along with multiple leaves which over powered the bunch of flowers. Not being the complaining type I had a good look at them in the car and I was really upset with what I had given to the point I took the flower to a neighbouring florist to get their opinion. They were shocked at what I had been charged and said I had been over charged as the state of the flowers were shocking. By this point I had messaged the owner of the blooming garden as I did not see her when I picked the flowers and she asked why I didn?t say anything at the door. I explained I never seen her and if there is anything she can do. I have no had no response since and basically was told tough. I?m shocked at the customer service receive and I am never the complaint or confrontational type but the follow up to my question if there is anything, she could do I got a sarcastic response and then to stop replying is absolutely shocking and a fantastic example of bad customer service. I hope to hear your response on this matter.

I ordered some flowers for my step mums birthday this morning at about 8.30am, they were delivered by 10.30am . I am in Australia so the time difference is quite abit.What incredible service that was , I was amazed when my step mum FaceTimed me to say she had received them only 2 hours after I ordered them, and they were beautiful.Thank you again will highly recommend you Blooming Garden.

I would most certainly recommend The Blooming Garden for all occasions. Firstly the flowers arrive with a smiling delivery person - in a beautiful box - with the freshest most colourful arrangements if seasonal blooms. This always lifts my spirits and it?s certainly the gift that keeps on giving all week long.

I got this beautiful bouquet as a birthday gift and I was totally blown away by it! Such a stunning arrangement and selection of flowers and it lasted ages! It was delivered beautifully and carefully gift wrapped too. Would highly recommend to anyone!
