Terrible Experience at Tesco Fuel
I visited the Tesco fuel station on West Road last week and due to a system glitch was charged multiple times for a single £50 fuel topup. When I contacted the store, they refused to help and directed me to Tesco Head Office, who then told me to contact Tesco Fuel. I couldn?t find any useful contact information, and the back-and-forth has caused me a lot of stress.
This lack of accountability is unacceptable. Tesco needs to improve their system and handle customer issues more seriously.

I came in to do my daily shopping I've been a customer for quite a few months now I was harassed by security for no reason I shouldn't of been experiencing this level of customer service when all I do is come in to pay for every item but I'm sick of being treated like I'm a shop lifter when am not this is worst way to be looked down on I don't think I'll shop in here again just for carrying my own shopping bag atleast I know there's other local shops around in my home community that treat me better they no am loyal and I shop around this area all I was hoping to do was find a decent bargain to find something to eat I think I'll go to Asda at least I know I can walk in there with out fear of being stalked by security afterwards

Male staff very rude & miserable not let me to put fuel in my car just keep talking with other staff then go to other fuel stations to fill my car thy lose regular customer should owners keep checking stuff ?

Very horrible experience today morning, on of the staff was very bad, when asked for coffee. The attitude was very bad. Hope they will be polite with customers next time. Watch out guys, these staffs are not good for a good business

Disgusting behaviour from staff member who I have put a official complaint in about. Where do Tesco find there staff?!!! Most unprofessional person I have ever come across. Will never step into this west road store again.

A local/regular customer. Was stalked by security guard like a hawk around the store up until I paid.After witnessing me pay for my items and bag , he prevented me from leaving the store and, demanded to search me. I refused and called him out on his behaviour. Completely unprofessional, uncalled for when he clearly saw what I bought. I have been coming to this store for years.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional security guard! This evening, I attempted to buy a few items from this branch of Tesco and was turned away by the security guard. Apparently there had been some disruption a few minutes before, and he had mistaken me for one of those people, despite me being a regular customer for years, dressed in different clothing and at least ten years older. I attempted to explain that he was mistaking me for another person, but he didn't want to listen. I'll be making a formal complaint, as I've been a loyal customer for years, and deserved better treatment. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

They put cones out and close the pumps as early as 6 hours before closing time. Even if fuels run out, it?s a shop too? Why can?t we park to shop? Makes the main road a dangerous place to drive when people are parking on the side.
