Poor evri service from elderly guy. Took parcel in, waited in long Q, showed him qr code, says I have to print label at the machine which was fine but when I got to the machine there's a big label saying 'Out of order' tell him this and he merely shrugs his shoulders and says 'nowt I can do about that' and they say good service is dead!!

Wouldn't send your parcels in here an elderly gentleman served me didn't have a clue what he was doing took my parcel and chucked it on the floor couldn't work the machine then said if it doesn't make it use this card to track it I actually have no faith in that parcel being delivered now never again will I use this store that man needs some more training.

This has got to be the worst shop ever.. not just the worst Tesco, but the worst ever shop!!The frozen section is always full of defrosted and refrozen stuff, milk gets spilt all over other products which they allow to dry and still sell on.. even they it stinks of off milk. And you?ll be lucky to find any fresh products that aren?t just about at their best before date. I wouldn?t shop there again if I was paid to.

Well managed local store which, although not a large outlet, supplies a good range of products made available within walking distance from many homes in Chapel House. Tesco quality, otherwise sourcedfrom much larger stores further away and requiring a motor car to reach, can be found on our doorsteps.

Miserable service on the tills today. Was in the store at noon time and did not receive pleasant service from an elderly member of staff. Felt his attitude was very abrupt towards me and the customer service skills were shocking! I shop in here on a regularly basis and have accepted his demeanour several times however, this was my final.

Such a great little store that has everything you may need in case of an emergency late night snack. I often pop down when most other stores are closed to get milk. Store is really nice and has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff here are lovely. Really friendly and polite and helpful! It stocks a wide variety of foods and drinks as well as nappies, cigarettes, alcohol and electrical goods!
