Dear Manager,
I visited your store yesterday morning and purchased a Huel protein shake. Unfortunately, I noticed while drinking it that something seemed off with the taste. Upon checking the packaging more closely, I realized that the product had already passed its expiry date.
I would appreciate it if I could return to the store to receive a refund or exchange for the expired item.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance.

Has all your essential needs. In the morning they have this delayed start to the opening of the doors, not sure what that is about but the staff let you in and out when it's enabled, must be a security feature.

Security guard didn?t leave my side the whole 5 minutes I was in the shop. Accused me of shop lifting after I put down some chocolate to get a different one.

Get there 10 minutes before it is meant to close. The doors locked. The doorman brushes me off as I'm a child. If it's closing early, please update Google so other people know

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the manager and the staff.And they get even offended if you complain about the service !From the staff attitude you can understand that Tesco expansion doesn't have nothing to do whit the quality of costumer service or the quality of the products!

THEY CLOSE THE DOORS BEFORE 12AM!!! it's enfuriating!!!!! Sometimes I go at 23:30 and the shutters are already down! I mean if you're going to close before closing time, why bother having a closing time? change the closing time! And of course don't pay the staff for hours they aren't working ! Cheeky ?

Felt like a shoplifter! Tall guy think he was shift leader, kept standing over me on the confectionery isle, then kept peaking down the Isles i was looking at, get a grip mate i know what retail is like with shoplifting and such, but you should never be standing over customers like that

I was helped in your store earlier this week by a employee who said his name was Louis he was so helpful and kind and helped me with my purchases and definitely confirmed that a club card was a good call thank you this man he deserves a raise!!
