The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was not even offered assistance with ordering my medication. Instead, my prescription was handed back to me, and I was told to go somewhere else to get it.
As a chronically ill person who needs to order around 14 boxes of medication every month, I expect at least basic courtesy. Right now, I am recovering from heart surgery, and this kind of treatment is simply unacceptable.

Extremely rude member of staff called Jess. Stood there laughing refusing to serve me some medication because she thought I had already been in a couple days before requesting it, when I?ve never been to this branch before. Luckily another lovely woman served me in the end

Prescription sent last Thursday. Came to collect Sunday, not ready. Came to collect Wednesday evening, not complete. Handed me one item. Broke GDPR, by telling me the address. Didn?t ask for the address. Pharmacists in particular are very good at ignoring customers. Poor.

Needed chloramphenicol eye drops for eye infection. Very condescending, quoting regulations, female pharmacist. Poor attitude and service. Got better help at a different pharmacy.

Booked an appointment for my sister to have a flu vaccine, they rang her to cancel it, but if she wanted to pay for it she could have one tomorrow. She gets a reminder every year from nhs, saying she's eligible for the vaccine, so furious that they're saying she's not. Tried ringing the pharmacy to ask why and they let the phone ring, then cut you off. Bad service from them. Angry is not the word.

Very poor customer service this evening. Think it was the pharmacist that served me (male) looked at me like I was something on his shoe. No help at all- he kept walking off and ignoring me! Rude. He was NOT helpful in the slightest

No point in having phone number to contact them because no one answers the phone. Tried to get in touch with the pharmacy over 30 times with no luck. Terrible.

I always avoid this place , as when I use Tesco petrol my car it seems drop 3MPG in comparison to other petrol, don't know why! I have been told do not use supermarket petrol as it's not as good as shell and BP which seems to bare this out. If I am really stuck I put in 5lts and go to the Shell or BP
