I purchased ALTAJ Saffron for £2.99, sealed and beautiful package provided by LUBNA FOOD LTD., the colour red and nice, but the taste and smell are absolutely different from an original Saffron. I came back to the shop and asked the manager to refound it as Saffron is expensive for its taste and smell. He told me as you opened it we can't accept it to return. Also he said" if you want the original one you shall pay £50 for it" ( it is not correct). We use Saffron few times a week in our food so he has no idea what am I talking about the quoality of Saffron. We buy good 1 gramm saffron same price from Iranian and Kordish shop always.I have a right to a refund under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, because this item doesn?t match its description.Sylhet's customer service about zero.I don't recommend this shop at all.

Helpful/ nice staff. For deliverys with artic lorries just park on Elliot Terrace where the red beacon is, don't block Lynnwood Terrace like i did???.
