I understand the policy, although you shouldn't be rude to customers, walking away whilst they are in pain trying to explain a situation, and on top of that you call their judgement ? Heresay ? which is a contradiction in itself when the manager is found to be wrong.
You can deal with things professionally without making customers feel as though they are walking the green mile, and scorning them liars without proof.
Bad customer service.
If the service here was revised then the shop would be nice.

I had a pick up order and the store was supposed to close at 7, but it was closed right in front of me at 6:55, while other stores waited for 7pm to close. When I said its not 7 yet and i just have to pickup an order, the person said there?s an alarm and can?t go in now. I?d to go another day for the same thing.

Beware... If you go in you definitely will come with something good and nice to wear. The best thing is that you can check the vegan shoes they have and if you can't get the size you need you get them online in the shop!

My Son bought some trainers from here but they were too small, We called in and explained to Zak the American Gentleman and he went out of his way to help above and beyond normal customer service .Superdry your staff are a real credit to you .
