Great store, friendly staff and a large variety of items, which is great. They also have a pharmacy area, which is handy.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
Would give zero stars if possible.
Very unfriendly and abrupt service from a staff member at the pharmacy. ( staff member was NOT the pharmacist ) Kept me waiting for ages then said pharmacy was closed and wouldn't give me an over -the -counter medication eventhough kept waiting. They then closed the pharmacy during the day as apparently short-staffed that day.
I complained ( about the manner in which spoken to which greatly upset me ) and manager was kind and professional in response. I would never visit this shop again.
Only positive is the pharmacy was slightly cheaper than Boots for this medication.

If you are looking at getting travel vaccinations do not use this service. I have tried to book 3 appointments over the space of a few weeks and all 3 have been cancelled by Superdrug. The third appointment was cancelled 2 hour before the appointment. A completely useless service

Attended Superdrug to get my vitamin B12 injection as you can't get an appointment for love nor money at my NHS GP practice. Even though i couldn't be helped that day as the NHS GP hadn't signed the right documents, Joanne H was exceptional. When it turned out that my documents wouldn't let us proceed today, she told me exactly what I needed to do in order to make sure I got my treatment on my next visit. Top class service, thank you Joanne.

Dismal customer service here.
A family member booked a flu jab, as late in the day as possible due to work commitments, but still had to take time off work to get there on time.
On arrival, we were told that the guy who does the vaccinations was taken ill early in the morning, so there was no one to administer the jab.
The appointment was booked through Superdrug's website. They sent out a confirmation message, so they obviously had the necessary customer contact details, yet they lack the basic courtesy and customer focus to advise the customer that the appointment was cancelled, even though they had known this all day!
We didn't even get any form of apology from the woman at the counter, just 'the guy who does it was taken ill...'
I have awarded a 1 star rating simply because zero is not an option...

I normally get my eyebrow threaded here but don?t think I will return back after I had them done yesterday. Staff who work on the brow section were rude and had a bit of an attitude. I asked for the same shape I always get there and they said they couldn?t do it. But they managed it. Had to ask 3 times to ask for more hairs out I did say it was for my wedding but they seem not to care, After the third time they got it right. Bloody hard work. They were abrupt and not friendly. I felt not welcome and not comfortable. Will not return again.

Last week Elvie made my first shopping experience amazing, she is so smart , helpful and friendly, I visited the shop about three times since then, I can?t get of enough of the wide range of products, I am so glued. .

Really rude brown hair old woman of the larger side in the pharmacy is very rude to customers awaiting for medication avoid this lady at all costs nasty and rude.

Went for eyebrow threading and she has butchered my eyebrows, lots of hairs still left on top. Terrible service, I won't be going back.
