I was recently in store with my grandma who was absolutely thrilled with the customer service provided by Isobel. She was so polite and friendly, and is an absolute credit to the store.

Food looked old, salad was all shrivelled up definitely wasn?t fresh today! The customer service was terrible the man was not interested in his job! We ordered hash brown they were squashed into a ball and heated in microwave type oven, they were soft and not pleasant at all we didn?t eat them! We would not return to this store!

Sandwiches are throw together, ordered a foot long sub and the bread was actually wet from the amount of sauce added, and the fact the steak hadn't been fully drained of water.

Availability is horrendous here for add ons to the meal deals. Now more overpriced than ever. 12 inch meal deal and a 6 inch meal deal £25 have they lost the plot.

I got the steak texicana I found they were very generous with the meat and salad, with not too much or too little of the sauce I had asked for. While only having one person serving I think the staff are very accommodating to ensure you enjoy your time at this subway.

The service and food was disgusting, the woman who served us had psoriasis all over her hands and up her arms, her hands were covered but her arms wernt.
I ordered a v.i. brie and my girlfriend ordered hash browns, the vi brie looked like she had put a kg of red onions in and was luke warm,
When she portioned the hash browns there was only 5 and I had to remind her that there's one missing, when we recieved them they were still cold and barely cooked at all

Only 1 staff member working, who couldnt understand simple english - my boyfriend asked for a 12 inch pepporoni on hearty italian breadand recieved 2 pizza slices?. Sandwiches were threw together and all messy.
Couldnt Understand the staff member when she was speaking as she was mumbling.

Dreadful service in this shop. Assistant had such an attitude. Refused to give me my FREE side that I was able to have via the app. Bread was part baked, wasn't listening when we were ordering, every time she asked a question I had to ask what she'd said because she was mumbling. The sandwich I had has given me terrible stomach pains. Will not be returning.

Absolutely, atrocious vile food never had a worst Subway experience I have had ever the bread was dry when I ask for it toasted and and the drinks were okay but the food was awful. need to sort this issue out I went back in and then when I order the meal I asked for not the crusted cut and he carried on cutting them off . This is disgraceful I am so disappointed!!!!!! Very rude staff very cheaky!!!!! I do not not recommend ! This is very unprofessional behaviour I will never be going back to this Subway this should be dealt with immediately I have read other people?s comments and this is the same thing . The staff was extremely rude to my friend this is so rude I will not be coming to this Subway this should never happen.the lack of respect is disgraceful!!!!!
