Ordered a couple of sandwiches and a gingerbread. Waited passed the 1st delivery time plus an extra 30mins before it arrived. Opened the bag and found that we had been delivered the wrong sandwich. Yet the receipt attached was correct. Went to the store and explained the issue and asked if we could just have the correct order please, but instead was met with it?s not our fault bad attitude and we can?t do anything. Again I explained you can clearly see you have simply put the receipt on the wrong sandwiches. Said they need to check the cameras before the can do anything as it may be the drivers fault and not there?s. So waited and after checking the cameras they finally agreed they had made the mistake. Never apologised just continued to deny responsibility all over an over priced sandwich. Shocking customer service and attitude from the manager.

Probably the worst subway I have ever been to in my life. The staff touch my food more then the do with younglins, the new workers are absolutely deluded

Went to get something just before 05:30pm but shop already shut with all chairs upside down on tables. Staff sitting in the corner on his phone. Says on the website, store closing at 9pm. Wasted my time.

I?m really annoyed as there has been new workers in subway recently who have absolutely no idea what they are doing!! Why is no one supervising them or training them properly?! I have complained and asked for a refund through emails which they haven?t emailed me back about and I really doubt I?m getting an email back so I?d like to write a review to cover everything! Today I went in for 2 big breakwich?s & the person on the till was new as I?d never seen them before and I could tell they were a bit nervous and that is why there should be people supervising the new workers. Anyways, they started adding the bacon, eggs & then proceeded to put cheese on and asked if I?d like them toasted! Absolutely ridiculous so I asked them can I have hash browns and sausage on the sandwiches (CONSIDERING THESE SANDWICHES INCLUDE HASH BROWNS AND SAUSAGE) so they obviously put them on. I?m more annoyed with the price of the food from this place and you have workers who have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Leaving them alone in a shop is also a health and safety hazard and it?s disgusting that staff can do this to people! They toasted them and I asked for tomato sauce on 1 of the sandwiches and this person proceeds to put sauce on the 2nd sandwich even though I said only 1 sandwich. Whoever is in charge of this subway really needs to give their employees more training and guidance. Sometimes I honestly feel that if I went behind the counter, I?d make a better sandwich than some!!!!

Silly woman attempted to give us half a portion of chicken rather than get more. Then she started taking the chicken back off to replace it with another type after we pointed this out. 3 slices of cucumber, far to much lettuce and tbh just all round disappointed with everything. We walked out and went to kenton where it was far better.

Waste of money could understand what I was asking for with sauces and every time I repeated they just put more sauce on - I ended up with a sauce subway disgusting - I should have just walked out or asked to start from scratch but I was on my lunch break so in a rush - the woman in the queue behind understood exactly what I was saying - shouldn?t be working if can?t understand your customers - I will go elsewhere in future lessoned learned!

My experience at subway today has been absolutely shocking. I politely asked for more sauce the man then sighed and responded in a rude manor ?why do you need so much sauce? in my opinion it is my lunch and I shouldn?t be questioned as to why I want ?so much? of something, some people could really take offence to this. My friend then was at the till and said to our other friend ?I haven?t got you your cookies yet? and the worker responded ?if you want to talk go outside? again I found this extremely rude and it wasn?t the customer service I expected when going on a lunch break with friends.
