Absolute joke of a shop......one day the toasting machine broke, the next day they can't accept cash ?....never heard more pathetic excuses in me life. It looked to me like the staff couldn't be bothered to WORK....what they get paid for. Oh and the staff member who was on the phone when i walked through the door, probably didn't like the fact that i disturbed his phone call. Place needs shutting down

Was denied getting extra cheese when I asked. The man said the set sandwich has enough.
After trying it, it didn't and could have done with the extra cheese I asked for.
Plus, he smelt of BO

it was fast and friendly. Just their staff didn't update collection status to ready. When arrived, it was ready.

Past 2 days I've visited asked for meatballs apparently there's not enough to make a footlong during the middle of the day, went today and got this looms like they've had a fight with it before giving me it, need to be retrained how to cut bread I think, was the smaller of the 2 girls that made this.. always soemthing wrong or missing with this place

Wants closing down. Messed my order up entirely and their bread stank of beer, god only knows who is being hired at this place. Better yet, didn't get a penny of it refunded via uber eats, absolute disgrace.

Only drawback is the step to access the shop is too high and very difficult for people with compromised mobility and obviously impossible for wheelchairs. Owners of Subway build a ramp!Wheelchair accessibility: None. Build a gently sloping ramp.

The place is due a refresh, the coffee machine didn't work, it just appears a bit run down, the toasted sandwich was burnt and just didn't seem very nice if i wasn't as hungry i would have just binned it - but was back in the office by that point. When did they stop doing oat and raisin cookies anyhow????
