DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH FOR HOME DELIVERY Bloody pathetic ordered 2 sandwiches and a foot long cookie forgot to put cookie in bag but had still been charged for it tried ringing the branch clearly just ignore the phone ringing dont know about subway more like SUB-HUMAN!

My girlfriend (who is allergic to cheese) ordered a chicken sweetcorn and mayonnaise footling sandwich and they completely messed her order up they give her cheese in it they give her a white chocolate cookie when she ordered double chocolate and to make that worse they give her a quarter of a double chocolate cookie and then had the cheek to tell us to come in and get the right sandwich at nine o clock at night never order from here unless you want disappointment and poisoned.

absolutely ridiculous gave us the completely wrong order. we recieved someone else?s order and even that order itself was wrong. called the store said they couldn?t do anything about it and said to call just eat instead. i had to call over 12 times after they hung up on my twice. spent over 25 pound and didn?t recieve one of our items.

The food is awful here. Placed an order, neither sandwich was cut in half, there was no sauce on one of them and the other was soggy and looked like it had been dropped. Shocking order that won't make me return

Just wanted to state, that Ben is definitely the No 1 staff member at this store. I'm a long time customer, and have always found Ben's service to be excellent, to the extent that Ben is the only person I'm prepared to have serve me! Ben is fast, professional, friendly and courteous and in general, a fantastic worker. In short, Ben is a credit to your store, and I strongly recommend that you give this person either a pay rise, a promotion, or preferably BOTH! X
