I wish I could give zero stars. The staff member working there was incredibly rude and didn't make my order correctly. His attitude was full of arrogance. The person serving us kept staring into my eyes without saying a word, which was really weird.
This place needs more friendly and competent staff.

Always smells of green and body odour, the staff prioritise making online orders in between queueing customers, and the food, my GOD - how can a full team almost consistently mess up making a sandwich? Abysmal. Avoid this one.

Went to subway today, the man in the counter, asian one with glasses looked like he didn?t even want to serve, asked for a pepperoni slice, Asked to put onions before toasting and then asked to put a little bit of the xtra spicy sauce. Now as an experienced subway staff I have been doing this for every customer. Never showed attitude or told them they?re not allowed to have those things! This subway needs to fix their customer service!! So disappointed as I only go to this subway because it?s halal! (Bare in mind it?s not even a footlong or a six inch order lol god knows how his face would turn if it was 3 footlong order ?)!!!

Customer service is poor just from the owner - card machine never works, he turns it off when he can?t be bothered. There?s also never any chairs to sit inside. Sometimes will take items off menu even though nothing is wrong with it like steak so he can keep it for himself. He says it has just ? expired by 1 minute ?Absolute joke of an owner, rude and stingy - don?t recommend at all.

Absolutely disgusting.Service is horrible every time, but ESPECIALLY this time!A young man made me a "salad" he wasn't going to cook the plant patty, cheers for almost giving me food poisoning. And when I asked for a bit of vegan mayo, he absolutely covered the entire thing with half a bottle even though I asked him to stop.Most disgusting food I have ever been given. There were flies buzzing around the salad and the person serving us kept staring Into my eyes and not speaking which I found really intimidating.AVOID.Please find attached a picture of what I was handed along with a puddle of excess mayo my partner tried to remove to make this edible.
