I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today. The lady staff member taking my order was unprofessional and lacked proper communication skills, which caused confusion and led to me being charged extra for my food. When I requested my order to be remade, it was done carelessly, with fewer fillings and poor attention to quality.
As a manager myself in the hospitality industry, I believe proper training is crucial for team members, especially when it comes to customer interaction. Unfortunately, this employee did not meet those standards. I hope the management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service to avoid such experiences in the future.

If I could give Subway zero stars, I would. The place was unbearably hot with no air conditioning, and it felt like I was cooking along with the subs. The heat inside was suffocating, making the whole experience uncomfortable and miserable. The food wasn?t worth the hassle either?completely bland and disappointing. For a takeaway spot, it should at least be tolerable to walk in, but this was just awful. Never going back.

Very pathetic store with extremely unpleasant customer service. I've had sandwiches from here before, so I understand they don?t have a toaster and only a microwave. However, today?s experience was beyond disappointing. The sandwich I got was completely covered in mould after being microwaved?I could literally see it. Previous employees used to at least change the paper when it got wet, but today the staff didn?t even bother with that. I?m extremely disappointed and won't be coming back.

I visited this Subway location this morning, and I was extremely disappointed. The lady with pink hair at the counter was incredibly slow, and despite having a line of customers, she chose to continue chatting with a guy rather than serving the waiting customers. The worst part was the cross-contamination of meats, which is absolutely unacceptable. I was disgusted by the lack of hygiene. On top of that, they didn?t even have a toaster available. The sub I received was poorly made, with ingredients spilling out everywhere. I definitely won?t be returning to this location.

I?m not exaggerating when I say this but this was by far the worst subway or any Sandwich that I?ve ever eaten. The bread was stale, they had no sweetcorn or apparently don?t use sweetcorn and then to find out at the end that there is no toaster has got to be a sick joke. Also the man forgot to give my sandwich and did another customers first (wish he did)

I?m not normally one to complain but I?ve ordered a subway wrap tonight and started eating it to suddenly realise it was covered in MOULD. Ordered through Deliveroo and explain how that could make someone seriously sick and was refused a refund. Have ordered from here before and always seem to have a problem with incorrect orders ect. and usually brush it off as ?oh well?, But this was the final straw. Personally I would suggest avoiding both this subway and Deliveroo at all costs if that?s the response they provide when providing food that could potentially make people sick. Just absolutely disgusted with the whole experience.

The best thing about my subway sandwich was the red onion. Absolutely poor service, sandwich looks like a kebab gone wrong. Just save yourselves the money and go to greggs! Who doesn?t toast their subway after asking for it toasted with plastic cheese ????? the mind is blown

Cold, burnt bread. This ship does not have a toaster. Microwave everything. Gross.Vegetarian options: Cold on the outside hot in the middle. Clearly microwaved.
