Ordered subway for pick up througu deliveroo. Went to collect the order only to be told they are closed and subway asked me to cancel the order because they can't do it themselves due to a new system they have. There was no option for me to cancel the order and they then marked the order and completed/collected. (There was also a deliveroo driver next to us who was told the same thing)
I contacted deliveroo only to be told they can't get in touch with the restaurant therefor can't process a refund and advised to try and call subway myself.
I've spent all morning trying to get in touch with subway and no answer so I'm now out £35
Really disappointed with both deliveroo and subway as wasted money and time

I'm very thankful and grateful for the server named Danielle, I was having horrible low blood sugar, and she gave me the cookie I had ordered to eat while my partner and I waited for our sandwiches to be made, and even brought the sandwiches to us as I was too weak to stand, and asked if I was okay as I was leaving. Very, very kind and understanding ??

Ordered for collection through Just Eat. Staff told me they are out of stock and I should get a refund from Just Eat. However, when I applied for a refund through Just Eat, they told me that the staff lied to me and they cannot provide me a refund as it was a collection order. Complete fraudulent service from staff!

I ordered a ham and newspaper sandwich and my 8 month old child was stolen from my unlocked car while I was ordering. Not only did I not receive newspaper in my sandwich but my order was cancelled because of an accident in the F1 Grand Prix, overall brilliant experience

I ordered 3 foot longs without salad; 2 foot longs witb salad. Food - Ran out of Italian and seeded Bread. Meat was warm, toasted white bread was great. Salad could be more generous as i only got 4 pickles on request; after asking for more she only given me couple more. Big pickle guy.Service - Friendly staff; can improve by asking if i would like more salad.Atmosphere - Quiet; can improve by investing in some background music.

Your average subway.There was only one staff member working so although the queue was short, it took a while to get served. It would be nice to see two or three staff on the counter during busy times

Awful service! Wasn?t greeted, server was too interested in his phone. I was just stood there for too long waiting for him to serve me. I ordered nachos and I asked for extra cheese. I was given barley any cheese. Overall the service was poor and the artists attitude towards work was not a great standard.
