A really nice subway shop near haymarket metro, with all the deals and more. A few tables to eat in. Generally great customer service and the food is always fresh and of great quality. 4/5

I went 5 minutes after opening time and no one was there. Came back half an hour later and the gentleman informed that he could only give me 3 veggie options because he wasn?t done setting the salad out. He didn?t seem willing to take the time to put out more for me, so I left. The female workers who take afternoon and night shift are always really sweet and accommodating though!

Sandwich was very good however the worker was very rude and impatient, they did not ask if I wanted cheese they just instantly started putting it on when they are supposed to ask if you want cheese and toasted, this could have been a serious incident if I was lactose intolerant. Then coming to pay I asked if I could scan my subcard and asked for a meal deal, which then I got interrupted and was spoken to in a rude manner to ?scan your card then? in a raised tone when I only asked about 2 seconds prior.

Placed an Order through Deliveroo at 7:50PM since restaurant was stated to close at 9PM.They accepted the order and locked the restaurant behind them, I never got my food.Worst staff I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs!

To echo the previous review - the "Junior" manager here appears to be on some sort of ego trip, refusing to add any or minimal extra salad which I havent encountered in over 20 years of visiting subway, even more comical when you consider the other staff here are very nice and have no problem in adding a little extra. Consider that the cost of an iceberg lettuce is less than £1 and your level of stinginess has caused this review and 1 less customer. Can management please have a word with him please!On top of that the card machine is always "Out of Service" - I'm not gonna say any more about that - but needless to say I'll find myself another subway now.

Oh, where do I even begin with Subway's nachos? I must say, I've had more satisfying portions from a friendly neighbourhood squirrel during a backyard picnic. If you're in the mood for nachos that are priced higher than Elon Musk's rocket fuel but smaller than a crumb, then you've come to the right place!Upon receiving my "nachos" (if I can even call them that without laughing), I couldn't help but wonder if the chef had decided to embrace the philosophy of minimalism to an extreme. It's like they summoned a tiny, starving artist from a remote village in a third-world country to delicately handpick each nacho chip to achieve an unparalleled level of scarcity. Bravo!And oh, the price! I was prepared for a slightly inflated cost, considering Subway's passion for overpricing everything, but I never expected to pay for the honour of experiencing "nano-nachos." They should have a warning sign: "Proceed with Caution - Nachos May Disappear During Consumption."I must say, the hilarity of it all almost made up for the lacklustre taste. Almost. But I digress; let's not venture into the realm of their flavourless cheese and salsa that seemed to have lost its way in the labyrinth of microscopic chips.In conclusion, if you're in dire need of a good laugh and have some extra cash to burn, give Subway's nachos a try. It's a unique experience that will have you questioning the laws of food physics. However, if you're looking for a satisfying, value-packed meal, I suggest you look elsewhere?perhaps under the couch cushions or in the pockets of old jeans. You might just find more nachos there than at Subway. Bon appétit!

Stood in the store as we speak and the young girl stood behind the stall couldn?t have been more annoyed that me and my boyfriend walked in.Gave us the dirtiest look ever as we walked through to her mate sitting in the corner but then proceeded to not ask if we wanted anything on our subs just stared at me blankly.She continued to talk to her friend as we stood waiting to order going ?I?ve got everything to do?? moaning and complaining.If I?m honest I?m abit disgusted to say the least and I will not be going back to this subway.Any man or women walking in together would be asked if they would like to pay together and as she served myself, my boyfriend stood there blankly staring at the oven waiting to order his sandwich.Since getting home we have looked at our sandwiches and they have been absolutely obliterated and it looks more like a piece of roadkill.Not happy at all?thanks Millie ?

Popped in for a foot long. Store and displays were immaculate, and I do mean immaculate. All ingredients were clearly freshly stocked and looked great. Was served immediately by a pleasant dude who followed all handwashing procedure. Great visit all round. Only criticism is that I asked for double tomato and cucumber and he put 8 pieces of each instead of the 'regulation" 12. Not sure if that was a mistake or if the franchisee is telling staff to short salad. Either way., I told him to out more so it wasn't an issue lol
