Busy shop.Really disappointed in the drink I ordered, it wasn't stirred so all the pumpkin spice syrup was at the bottom of my cup.Miserable staff and tables outside were absolutely filthy with rubbish all over the floor.Family of the staff also don't have to que for their drinks I noticed.I won't be back to this store, my first visit was not a good one.

OK well the coffee was good. The service ... less so. At first we were completely ignored while the "barista" had a long conversation with someone. Eventually our order was taken - with no welcome. And when I reported the appalling state of the toilet the staff member concerned wandered off to share a joke with someone.
