Staff very friendly but coffee is always not proper as on the picture that I?ve attached. As well as this, there is not much cakes available.

Just your typical coffee shop, this one is very clean, the staff all rather normal and friendly.
The coffee is good, a nice no rush venue. I've used it before and I'll use it again.

We ordered the lime refresher/cooler, lemon loaf cake, creme brulee cold brew, chicken panini. Very disappointed with the cooler and loaf cake. The cooler was tasteless. Lemon loaf cake was so dry it was flaky. Chicken panini was not worth the price at all, 2 small slices of chicken in bread...
Staff were friendly. Items received in a timely manner.
Bathroom was clean, the shop was air conditioned. There was sufficient seating both inside and outside. Nice ambience and atmosphere. But, wifi was not working very well.

The coffee is good, however the attitude of certain members of staff is far from being friendly or welcoming, maybe it was a one off, but it would be a lie, if I were to say I?d be glad to grab another drink from this branch.

We bought a coffee and a cake and sat on a double table as a pair - after being sat for 20 mins and not finished out drinks we were told to leave because other customers wanted to sit down but we hadnt even finished. Really rude and poor customer service

I called in to visit over the weekend and I was greeted by a lovely smiling face. The individual who served me, I think his name was Josh, was so friendly, telling me all about the new menu and merchandise you can get for the autumn season! He was an absolute delight to be served by and just a genuinely nice person who radiated such positive and warm energy. I was excited anyway to have my first PSL of the season (which was also amazing) but my customer service experience was second to none!
