Starbucks is a wonderful spot in the heart of the city, with very friendly staff and plenty of activities happening nearby. The locals are great, and the area feels safe and welcoming, making it a perfect place for families and kids to enjoy.

It was amazing. The drinks as good as normal. I recommend getting a Salted Caramel Frappuccino with 3 Pumps of Chocolate Mocha. The only thing is they had no White Choclate Mocha which I was disappointed about. Overall, a really nice coffee shop.

When I travel I regularly go to Starbucks because you know the coffee is good.
In this Starbucks the staff is unmotivated. Cleaning is poor

It's a fairly small restaurant, but coffee excellent as usual and super friendly/happy staff when we visited. Made my wife's day.

Starbucks in the heart of New Castle with nice staff and a very lively atmosphere but the air conditioning, it's a little cold in these winter days maybe it will be better if you raise the temperature a little ?? ?? ??

Rude unfriendly staff myself and a friend bought toasties and coffees sat down got comfortable this was 5pm then a member said we need to move because this area is being closed why didn't they tell us before we sat down and started eating then the guy bringing in the chairs from outside made so much noise it was unbearable we will never return to that coffee shop ever again

Quick stop for a coffee, the coffee lived up to the Starbucks name however I can?t say that about the staff. Poor customer service. Will not be returning for that reason.
