It?s the best Starbucks in Newcastle. The staff there is so friendly and welcoming that you want to come back. Always fresh coffee and baked goods. Nice atmosphere as well.
Vegetarian options: They have many options for vegetarians such as alternative milk (oat, soya, almond etc) and different prepared meals.
Dietary restrictions: I try to avoid sugar in my diet so there are lots of alternatives in menu so I always can find something suitable.

Always have a fantastic experience being served by Tim and Jonathan.
My girlfriend and I grab a coffee before work/Gym most mornings and they always greet us by name and make the experience really personal.
Keep up the great work guys, I know first hand how difficult hospitality work can be!

Staff are amazing and friendly, Dan specifically was so helpful and curly haired blonde with glasses was very sweet. Lovely store.

My first time since this store was refurbished, and wow what a transformation! Much better decor and lighting is way better than before.
Ordering was speedy through the app, I didn?t need to wait long. Opted to sit in with my oats and coffee. Both which were hot, the way I wanted. Staff are really friendly. There are toilets at towards the back, very clean and tidy.
Would recommend, and I?ll definitely visit again.

Normally like Starbucks, but found this one to be very small, clinical and not atmosphere, it probably works well for most people but I like character. Coffee was ok, not as strong as I normally have but
