Service bordering on the plain rude. Staff need to get over themselves, coffee just run of the mill and better service elsewhere

It’s the best Starbucks in Newcastle. The staff there is so friendly and welcoming that you want to come back. Always fresh coffee and baked goods. Nice atmosphere as well.
Vegetarian options: They have many options for vegetarians such as alternative milk (oat, soya, almond etc) and different prepared meals.
