I rocked up with glasses from tynedale what was broken and got turned away from tynedale with no help or comparison as I couldn't see I really needed my glasses... the staff here today booked me in straight away for a eye test and got me an emergency pair of glasses in a few hours thank you very much I won't be returning...

Staff are nice but bit disappointed with the service. Had to wait 3 weeks for my glasses. When I came to pick them up, I’m told they don’t do the frames anymore. They could’ve let me know a lot earlier. Also I would’ve appreciated gesture of good will (I.e a slight upgrade on the frames.

The staff are lovely here, very friendly and helpful! Gemma especially was really great helping me pick out a new set of glasses and sunglasses, giving me her opinion on what looked good. They had a large range of styles for different prices which was great. Looking forward to going back to pick them up ready for holiday!
