£100 fine for using the coffee machine.
Never again, Shell. Never again
You do not deserve my business.
Taking advantage of paying customers (£88 spent inc the coffee) and adding the time taken to fill my tank then the time taken to pay and get my coffee to the time spent drinking it is simply an underhand business practice which profits you massively leaving me less than 5 minutes to drink up.
How relaxing.... not.

Absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to from the brown haired pony tail girl behind the counter. I was polite in my approach, and when I went to convey with her she snapped my head off. I?ll not be going back there again, advise anyone else to go elsewhere for their fuel?

Toilets always out of order, I think the staff just put a sign up because they can?t be bothered to clean them !!!!! Business taken elsewhere from now on !!!!

I had a terrible experience today. I went to the till to do a prepay, as I have done many times before. However, the clerk got rude and told me he couldn?t process it. I mentioned that it might be a method he wasn?t aware of, but it?s something I?ve done here previously. I then went back to the pump to try to clarify, and he eventually activated it, but accused me of implying he couldn?t do his job. I apologized and reassured him that wasn?t my intention; I just wanted to use the prepay method I was familiar with.
To make things worse, he laughed and exchanged looks with another customer who was filling up, and I felt that he was acting in a racially insensitive way. Feeling deeply uncomfortable, I reported the incident to the police. My reference number is NP-20241112-0793, with a scheduled telephone appointment at 19:20 on 13/11/24.
No one should have to go through this kind of experience. It left me feeling awful. It?s such a shame.

The attitude towards customers at night is shocking. You better pray your not a stranded woman because you will be screwed as well as being fined for staying more than 15 minutes

I got some fuel, do some shopping from the forecourt shop, then check the water and air levels of my car with using their machine. In total I did spend 26 minutes in the station and today I received a parking charge because of that. This is disgraceful. Of course I did appeal but even receiving the letter is very disrespectful for people who needs to use some services that station provides. I will never go there again.
