I would have given 0 if I could. A very rude girl called Leoni was serving customers today. She has no manner at all how talk to people left alone customers. Shame as I have used the shop and all staff I dealt with in past were very professional, helpful and nice. Some one needs to get rid of her asap.

Very helpful staff in here did everything they could to find what I was looking for but the range of products leaves a lot to be desired, not just this shop but even online, nothing. Not even a complicated thing I was looking for.

Visited Screwfix. Had a genuine problem the manager, J Was unable to help in any way with. Was promised a call back on Monday to sort but no call at all. Had to visit the store twice to sort already. Very, very poor service from onsite manager and employee who told a lie. I would love to discuss this further and rectify the issue.Screwfix byker is amazing and I?ll go there in future.

Went in to get some rawl plugs.Gave server the product code."Can I have your surname and postcode to find you on the system?""Yes, it's O apostrophe N-E-I-L-L"After four attempts and asking his colleague where the apostrophe is on his keyboard, he asked, "was it LL or LY?"Eventually he managed to spell my name, and after two attempts at my postcode he found me on the system."Can I get a product code from you please?"I have him the code, again..."Sorry, we don't have any in stock."FML. ?

Store is okay. The waiting time can be variable and dependent on the other customers. Sometimes it's empty but other times there can be a bit of a wait. The staff can be pretty unhelpful and ill informed and when I have had technical questions either don't know and don't attempt to find out or sell me the wrong product!

Wish I could give this screwfix shop a zero star but 1 is the lowest.Being a builder for over 25 years +, went to Kingston park branch needing a tap. As I entered the plumbfix + electricfix section, found the tap I needed within seconds I then queued for 10 minutes then to be told when I got to checkout ?need to go next door?.I was made to feel inferior. After being a qualified tradesmen I should be able to get a tap without question. Not quizzed or belittled by a member of staff.Never in my life have I felt so worthless because I should of went next door of the same branch. This has to be sorted
