Staff were pleasant enough but to not have the simplest of drivers in stock, only offered next day on a pz1 handled driver, should've gone to amazon, or b and q.

Great little place for DIY stuff, went looking for a nuts and bolts, young lady at the counter couldn't be anymore helpful, she measured it and find few items similar to the one I had and opened few boxes just to make sure she found the correct one, even pointed out that closest one they had is 1mm longer than mine. Very helpful and professional.
