The 365 days returning policy is a scam. It's funny how the attendant convince you to buy the shoe even it's a bit tight said it will loosen up and if it's not okay you can still return, but when you go to ask for return or exchange they said no.

Went in to try something on but unfortunately it wasn't in stock.Staff were polite. And the shop was clean.Schuh is located inside eldon square.Lots of shops and eatery are also in eldon square, you could spend good few hours here.Got nice stuff in Schuh but is expensive.Would i return, yes to see if my item was in store yet lol?x
