Very clean modern store with very helpful staff. One lady on the self scan was very helpful and took time to show me how to finish my self scan as was my first time using this feature.

Staff at self service check out tonight too busy chatting to themselves to notice customers needing help, then when finally got their attention really unhelpful and annoyed their conversation had been interrupted!!!

Just changed my 5-1 star for your rating. I've had a nectar card concern and the staff there literally made me feel like a thief even though I actually had my nectar account number. The manager had to intervene to resolve my concern. All this even though I walk in to the store almost everyday.
