The staff at the checkouts are always talking to each other through the headsets while serving customers. It's not even work related just gossip. The staff member managed to scan all of my items and take payment without even saying hello or asking if I needed a bag since she was too busy chatting.

Small shop, good for little top ups or getting something for a meal. Can be expensive. Hard to get parked as people going to takeaways park in their car park, this is the main reason why I stopped going there.

Good for convince. Often get followed / watched by security when I go into the store which always makes me feel uncomfortable.

Very few nice staff. Hardly ever say thank you. And the security on the door looks at you as if you are a shop lifter.

I had the most amazing visit here yesterday -\\nIt was lovely to be recognised by the staff and we had a really nice chat and catch up. My poor health has meant I get out less now.\\nAn assistant called Stacey was really kind and helpful, but most of all - just as I was finishing my shopping, Stacey came up to me and gave me a beautiful bunch of flowers she herself bought for me - just because.....\\nThis act of generosity completely blew me away. Incredibly kind, uplifting, and thoughtful...\\nThank you, what a superb demonstration of true human-kindness. And Sainsbury's too, benefits by association.\\nI'll be back - and can highly recommend - fantastic staff!
