OMD the staff are soooo rude they keep telling my black friend off anytime he spends longer than 5 mins the other he was putting something CLEARLY labeled as lidl in his bag yet to be kicked out this is a regular occurrence this store MUST be shut down.

Why is it whenever you go to this store, there's a minimum of 4 staff on the shop floor, but they're always hiding from self service?
Today it cost you a sale. I waited for someone to attend, with your counter staff just watching until i had to ask her to get someone. I was then attanded to, only for your machine to refuse notes - but by that point staff were no where to be seen again. I have neither the time nor the energy to play hide and seek with your staff, so went elsewhere.

Convenient opening hours, OK for the essentials but terrible selection for vegans. Not one vegan ready meal option available last time I checked which you?d expect from a big chain convenience store.

I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was on the tills between 7-7:30pm. This man actually saved me from crying. My phone died and I was so stressed out. He helped me out and even comforted me. He was such a massive help and I wish I got his name. THANK YOU SO MUCH! He got a box of chocolates from me for being a star!

THIS SAINSBURYS IS DISGUSTING WHEN I WALKED IN A RAT IMEDIETLY MUGGED ME AND TO ADD ON TO THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE FURIT FLAVOR SOUR PATCH KIDS SO I HAD TO GET THE RANK NORMAL SOUR PATCH KIDS ( all sour patch kids are good i just prefer the fruit ones

Staff here are friendly & helpful.(Parking can be a little difficult. Exiting can be stressful with the traffic parked on the paths & the surrounding roadworks).Overall a convenient shop. A few pence more expensive on many items comparedto ?the big Sainsburys ?
