The local manager is completely incompetent, unable to answer basic questions about customer concerns - hopefully they replace management soon at this location. The recent reviews say it all.

Not happy with your '3 schoolchildren in the shop' policy. Shrink can be managed in better ways than singling out one demographic of customers.
