I've docked a ? due to prices being on the higher end compared to non-specialist stores, BUT this is definitely where I go for CHOICE. Whatever stationery need I have, it can be found here in assorted varieties and colours etc.

I went today to purchase an item which I had never used and never bought before, I asked the staff members both of them but couldn't bother to walk 2 steps to advise where it is!!!
Best advice I can offer them is leave your rudeness and hate at the world needs you but you have to clean your inside..
Thank you because people like yourself who made me who I am today and pushed me forward. But I still would like to see you as a good human.

Over price ! 2 expensive ! Save the hassle go other shops they be more cheaper than ryman overall 2 out 10 ! 2 stars with shop been clean ! That's only good thing about ryman ! Overall 2 expensive needs lower the prices a lot

Find this company very overpriced when it comes to printing, don?t like to print on double side and still charge you extra. Cost living is high as it, but to be ripped off for printing stuff is ridiculous. People, don?t waste your time going here. Go to the libraries far more cheaper. Ask to use a pen, the staff claimed didn?t have a pen behind the till but wanted to sell me some pens just to write an address down on an envelope ?
Contacting head office sent generic half hearted response. Company?s like this only care about one thing ?Money? only want to know when their business is falling apart.

Unbelievably bad staff the woman with glasses who was working there today was sooo sooo sooo mean. I swear she needs to go. I will never ever go back there again and will tell all my classmates to avooooid this place at all costs. I was there to print my assignment and she firstly didn?t feel she wanted to print for me because she was busy playing at the computer, then she wanted to fabricate an excuse saying we don?t print a document if it?s password protected!!! I password protect my documents that?s not your business!!!!! And after I insisted and told her that I have printed a password protected document here before she went to call someone to ask them if that?s ok!!!!! After all of the strange stuff she done then finally her highness printed the papers, while the documents were being printed I told her please eject the USB from the computer first so I can remove it, she pretended she didn?t know HOW TO ORDER THE COMPUTER TO EJECT A USB! And proceeded to remove it physically from the computer herself without ejecting it first!!!!!!!! Then she went to pretend she?s counting the papers without really counting them ??? She really really really never wanted to do her job for some weird reason!!!!! Now my USB is not working because of her and she will be held liable for that. I was soooooo clear in telling her I will NOT remove the usb before you eject it because that?s how it should be to not damage it but she couldn?t care less!!!!!!! How can any respectful organisation employ such unprofessional people!!!!!! To be very fair the guy on the cashier was so professional unlike her.
