Not only are the opening times ridiculous but the local postman does not knock on the door. Ever. He sees the doorbell right in front of him and choose not to press the button. I caught him in the act this morning as he was about to walk away with my parcels and confronted him about it but he had absolutely nothing to say. Ponteland DO, your residents don?t deserve service like this! Please ask your postmen to do their job!

My local postman for some reason doesn't leave my parcels with a neighbour even though I have requested a 1000 times for them to do so! Such a pain collecting a parcel from here as the opening times they've just made up out thin air!!??

Very friendly staff only down side is their opening times really weird. I assume its due to covid as they used to be open 8 - 17:30. :)

Sorting center and collection center.Staff helpful hours a bit stupidSome days 7-11 and 7-9 in the morning
