Very busy shop. Big. Bought a suitcase to swap my small one. Staff let me do that in the changing rooms. Staff are excellent.

Came for child's pj's after 20 odd minutes sorting thru the mess of them just piled up on top one another ... nothing in order of size or character i needed i still couldn't find the size I needed so just left

I really hope this review gets back to the amazing member of staff who went above and beyond for me today (21/12/23) in your Newcastle store. Unfortunately I forgot to take her name, she was working on the 2nd floor.. basically I was in with my two daughters, one of them who is autistic and has adhd. My daughter was having a major meltdown at the tills and to add to the stress a lot of customers were watching (as always). When I came out of the tills this lady came over and was so nice to my daughter trying to calm her down as she was screaming for toys, I was explaining about my daughter and she reassured me not to worry about people looking and to in future use the disabled till. She then went out of her way to another floor to bring down some small poppet toys and bubbles to help calm her down. Once my girls picked a toy she kindly took us over to the disabled till and put my purchase through. She was amazing with my kids, and she probably doesn?t realise how much she made me feel better! I work in customer service myself and in general a lot of staff just do their job, but this lady was so genuinely helpful and caring. You are very lucky to have her as an employee Primark and I think she deserves a lovely Christmas bonus!

Went early 8am quiet nice, and tidy served quickly. Got and found what I wanted straight away. Friendly staff.

Some decent underwear, however shop is constantly rammed, people walking into you back and forth. Shop is absolutely boiling hot, not sure if the heating is on full blast or what but feel light headed after I?ve been in stressful experience.

Very busy in store due to xmas shoppers. Looked untidy due to clothing needing folding or hanging back up. Children were running around store throwing clothing around and no one seemed to care. Good prices though and plenty of stock.

It's OK for women, I don't like it because it reminds me of Fenwicks when i was a kid i get lost on the floor's lol

It was okay but everything i looked at there was no large sizes just small and xl they need to restock shelves, that was in men's department, that is twice that has happened to me

Horrible store, always messy. Charged me full price for a pack of socks that were missing a pair. Asked for a refund or some sort of resolution but staff were useless. Male manager on the ground floor tills was unfriendly and miserable. For the sake of 5quid, they?ve lost a customer. Wouldn?t even give it one star. Don?t recommend, won?t be shopping again.

I always love visiting this store. And this was definitely one of the better ones with lots of floors and plenty to see. My only regret was I didn't have enough time to do it justice.

It's a 4 level Primark with homewares in the basement and an in-store Greggs. Queues aren't too bad but vary during the day. Has plenty of stock

After the renovation there are an extra two floors in this place which is great, but the biggest issue with primark is they only have about 8 cashiers so theres almost always a long line at the till.Other than that there is no signal in the building, but they do offer wifiIn terms of quality, its just a primark so cheap prices for cheap clothes, just as you would expect
