hard to rate the 9th circle of hell, a comparatively bad frozen lake? cheap crap, very bright, over stimulating, poorly organised, messy, busy. owie my eyes. every time i go in i leave within 30 seconds because i can?t handle it.
they have a second hand section that actually is worth visiting

I?m really disappointed with my recent experience at Primark. I bought a pair of sweatpants, and after wearing them just once, small dots of thread started forming all over the fabric...especially between the legs where there's friction. The quality felt really poor, and it looked like I had worn them for months, not one time. When I tried to return or exchange them, I was told they looked worn and couldn?t be accepted. Of course they looked worn..I had to wear them to see if there was a problem! I didn?t expect premium quality, but I also didn?t expect something to fall apart after one wear. Really frustrating and not fair to customers.

I recently visited Primark during a brief break from a court hearing. I had 15 minutes lunch break and I urgently needed to buy a hoodie to stay warm, as the courtroom was very cold. Despite explaining the urgency to the store manager, I was told I had to stay in the queue because it was store policy. It was disappointing to feel ignored in such an urgent situation. I hope that in the future, Primark can find ways to be more accommodating for customers facing urgent needs.

This branch excels in the organization of items, with products well-placed and easy to locate, making the shopping experience smooth and efficient. The store also offers free Wi-Fi access, which is a great feature; however, it can be unreliable at times, as connectivity issues occur. Ensuring the Wi-Fi is consistently functional would significantly enhance the shopping experience for customers. One notable downside is the lack of seating. After prolonged shopping sessions, exhausted customers have no place to rest, which can be quite inconvenient. Adding seating areas would improve comfort for shoppers. Additionally, the absence of charging sockets limits convenience, especially for customers who rely on their devices during visits.
Finally, the lifts appear old and produce noticeable noise, which may concern some shoppers. Upgrading the lifts to quieter, more modern ones would contribute to a better overall experience.
While this branch offers good item placement and amenities like Wi-Fi, addressing these issues would elevate customer satisfaction to a higher level.

Went for a little shopping spree. I was served by a lovely women called bethan. She was very friendly and helped me with my return. Very quick and helped pack my bag. I didn't know there was a review section for employees. Vicky informed my mum so i left a good review for both!
