As always the Prem`s never fail to impress or satisfy in my personal opinion and experience. Stayed in dozens around the country whilst working away and this one in Newcastle was just perfect for all needed on a night away for a concert. Staff were amazing and friendly and the service was spot on.

It is what it is, does the job however the location is not "city center" took me 30 minutes to get there from the big market.

My family stayed here overnight on a trip to Newcastle. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. I'd definitely stay here again. Great value too!

Rooms had a stale smell to it. Was off-putting. It's not the staff fault. However, it is a good location ?

We stayed over Christmas with 2 young kids and there were 2 selection boxes left on their beds, this was a nice touch.The room smelled old and musty and was very cold. There was one tiny radiator in the room which could not overcome the cold. It made lots.of noise when turned on but struggled with the size of the room. We were on the 1st floor and the noise of footsteps from above was shockingly loud. Unfortunately, the family above us seemed to be running a marathon every night and morning, it was constant. Also, road noise was a problem too, I don't think the windows were double glazed which also would explain why the room was always freezing cold.We never tried the restaurant so cannot comment. The reception staff were friendly and approachable. The lift was very noisy, which encouraged us to use the stairs.There was always space in the car park but I feel the price should always be included in the cost of the room. It was £6 per night.

The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Location is great and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was as good as anywhere I have stayed. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Newcastle.

Great place, great staff Shannan & Steven (sorry if spelt incorrect) were great credit to the company, corrected a minor problem with a solution which I was thrilled about will be back purely because of them, pass on my thanks ?? room 18/19
